We currently ship within the USA & Canada.
- Items will generally ship within 3 days of your order, unless the item is marked Pre-Order or Custom Order.
- Items in pre-order status are those where we have inventory currently in transit to our office. We do our best to keep most items in stock, but occasionally we will run out.
- In these cases, we still allow you to place your order. You will be charged when the order is placed and then orders will be filled from shipments in the order they were received.
- We receive shipments all the time. Items may be received in our office and ship out within a few days, but generally 14-21 days is the maximum amount of time for us to receive a shipment.
- If you need an item that is in pre-order status for a particular date (such as for a gift), please use the Contact Us page and we will be able to give you a better estimate of when your item will ship.
- Items in custom order status are those where we create the item specifically for your order. Generally these items are a wider variety of world maps and/or varieties of metal colors and chain lengths.
- In these cases, after you place your order we will begin making your item. You will be charged when the order is placed.
- Custom designed items generally ship out in 14-21 days.
- If you need an item that is custom order status quicker for a particular date (such as for a gift), please use the Contact Us page and we will be able to give you a better estimate of additional rushed production costs.
For orders to the USA:
- All US orders over $45 ship free.
- Items ship from our Arizona office. We offer USPS and UPS shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
For orders to Canada:
- We're happy to announce that we've added shipping to Canada!
- Free shipping for all orders over $50 USD to Canada.
- Items ship from our Arizona office. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
- We currently ship to the US and Canada.
